The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $152.01, 0.41% of the appraised value of the home.

This property is the only sale in La Marque so far in November 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Texas Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1027 Spruce as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bernie William Cooper, 93, Elizabeth Cooper, 85, and Joe Taylor, 33.
