On Dec. 27, Sadit Ali Managing Member Noorani and Ssn Investments By Managing Member LLC sold their property at 16514 Lewis Scott Road, Jamaica Beach to Jonathan Keith and Judy Byington Bridges. The property is appraised at $135,650.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,768.83, 2.04% of the appraised value of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Jamaica Beach in December 2021.

According to the Texas Secretary of State, James Matthew Thompson, 39, was the only registered voter residing at 16514 Lewis Scott Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
