In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $991.96, which is 2.72% of the appraised value of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Hitchcock as of this publication.

According to the Texas Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6415 N. Ridgecrest St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Aubrey Ray Hennigan, 56, and Sade Monique Denton, 29.
