There were four multiracial students enrolled in Ambassadors Preparatory Academy School District in the 2022-23 school year, 20% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Ambassadors Preparatory Academy School District welcomed 170 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, multiracial students comprised 2.4% of the student body to be one of the least represented ethnicities in the district.

Ambassadors Preparatory Academy School District roughly covers schools within Galveston County and has a main office in Galveston.

Ambassadors Preparatory Academy was the only school in the district which enrolled multiracial students, welcoming four students in the 2022-23 school year.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
